To ensure we consistently meet these standards, we have established comprehensive policies that guide our operations, client interactions, and service delivery.
Mobile Notary: We cover East Texas, and our primary location is in Tyler, TX. We cover up to 40 miles of the surrounding areas. Pricing depends on location. Inquire for specific pricing.
Commitment: We will respond to client inquiries within 12 hours during normal business days.
Communication: You can text, call, email, or schedule online 24/7 to book an appointment. To inquire about pricing, or partner with us feel free to connect. We are here ultimately to help.
Confidentiality: Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.
Scheduling: Clients can book appointments online or via phone and email. Confirmations should be sent via email or text.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before (if possible) to avoid a cancellation fee. No fee to reschedule appointments,
Service Fees: All general notary fees are posted. Any additional charges (e.g., travel fees for mobile services). This will be agreed upon before service is completed. Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit, Cash, and Apple Pay.
Refund Policy: No refunds for completed services unless there is a proven error on Genial Assist’s part. (All fees for the inconvenience and errors will be covered by genial assist.)
